An eTendering Platform Manual to facilitate the preparation and submission of offers is available to all registered tenderers in the eTendering Platform. It contains detailed instructions on how to register, express interest, create and answer messages and clarification requests, and prepare, sign and submit the offers through the eTendering Platform. Tenderers are encouraged to carefully read the manual before submitting their offers.

The questions and clarifications related to the call for tender must be submitted in writing and in English through the messages section of the e-Tendering platform before 23rd of August 2021. Any question received after that deadline will not be answered. Questions must be submitted in English only.

The summary of all questions and answers will be presented anonymously and it will be regularly updated on the FAQs section. The last version will be available by the 1st of September 2021

We encourage companies that cannot cover the whole eCare PCP solution to team up with other companies. The following companies are currently interested in finding partners to create consortia and participate in eCare PCP.
